Working with any formal process your organization currently uses for learning about people (Person-Centered Planning, Person-Centered Thinking, or Personal Outcome Measures) you will be guided in applying the Access and Control Discovery^™ approach to assist people you support in owniing their lives in ways that are most important and meaningful to them.
